The "Danish Princess" pattern is a deco-inspired pattern issued in the late 1930s by Holmes & Edwards. It features embossed acanthus leaves on the end of each piece. All pieces (except knives) are stamped with the mark "Holmes & Edwards Inlaid I S" as shown inset in one of the photographs. "Inlaid" silver is really silver plate, with some extra silver applied at key wear places. Table knife blades are stainless.
